Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
